Prepare for the ultimate mermaid experience and join us for an immersive weekend of advanced freedive and mermaid training! This is a retreat style event for you to earn your PADI Advanced Freedive certification and further your skills as a mermaid. Led by professional mermaid Brandee Anthony the Vero Beach Mermaid and PADI freedive instructor Zeke Motta of Primal Freediving. When considering attending this event, please be sure to read through all the info below thoroughly before submitting an application.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
Enjoy 4 days and 3 nights in a beautiful retreat style shared space in beautiful Palm Beach, Florida. Each day is filled with education, in water mermaid and freediving training sessions, underwater photography, acro yoga, performance hypnotherapy, yoga, breath work, business mentoring and community time. The retreat is a full bodied experience that allows you to grow and transform in ways you never thought possible. The energy of the group coupled with our highly experienced team of professionals creates a safe and welcoming environment that you are sure to enjoy.
We will be training each day in a different location which includes pool, intercostal and ocean. The waters are absolutely breathtaking and full of life. We cannot wait to share this piece of underwater paradise with you! We will dine out one evening which is not included in the retreat!

If you need to fly back Sunday night you can do that as well!

WHO IS THIS FOR
This retreat is designed for anyone interested in getting their level 2 freedive certification and mastering mermaid diving! Must be 18 years or older to attend. If you do not already have your Advanced mermaid certification you can complete it during the retreat and if you already have it you will work on different trainings! This retreat is best for those looking to really level up their diving abilities as a professional mermaid and freediver.

For the Advanced Freediver course you must have gear appropriate to freediving, no scuba or snorkel gear permitted. If you plan to rent, please email us to reserve your gear as soon as you sign up as there are limited quantities and sizes!
PHOTOSHOOTS
Professional photoshoots are included in this retreat! Includes 3 fully edited digital images and underwater coaching. Tails and tops are available for rent for the photoshoots! See our client closet here. You can email mermaidfreedive@gmail.com with your selections if you will be renting a tail or top for the photoshoot or specify your selections in the application! Tails are $50 and tops are $25 to rent for shoots.

THE SIGN UP STEPS
-Read through this page carefully
-Hit the apply now button at the bottom
-Submit your application and include full responses (we read through all applications when considering approval)
-Once you have submitted your application wait for a response
-If you receive an acceptance response you will be sent an invoice and forms to sign
-You have 24 hrs to submit both the payment and forms to save your spot
-Once you have submitted your payment and forms you will receive a welcome email and info packet
-After receiving the info packet, please be sure to book any gear rental right away
-Complete your PADI E learnings (Advanced Freediver & Advanced Mermaid) as soon as possible
-If a doctor signature is needed on your medical, get that done right away
-Be sure to add yourself to the Facebook group to get to know everyone and coordinate ride share if desired
-We will post updates leading up to the retreat in the Facebook group so turn notifications on
IMPORTANT INFO:
This retreat has very limited spots. To ensure the best experience for all, there is an application process. If you are eligible for the retreat you will be contacted in order in which you are received to move to the next step of payment! Full payment is due upfront to take a spot! Please visit the FAQ page before emailing with any questions!
If you are flying in, the best option is to rent a car as you will need transportation. We will be staying in Palm Beach Shores, Florida area. Light snacks and lunch will be served complimentary, dinner is at your expense. After you have submitted your payment upon application approval, you will be emailed a welcome packet outlining all of the specific details about the retreat, what you will need and how to best prepare. You can get in touch with the other attendees to organize ride shares!
THESE SPOTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE!!!!
There are no conditions in which your spot and payment would be refunded to you unless the retreat is canceled in emergency situations. These retreats are highly time intensive for our team and very limited in spots. Once you have paid you cannot ask for your money back under any circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing dive trip insurance to cover you in case of an unforeseen need to cancel.
If you are over 45 or have any medical conditions - please see the required medical form before signing up! There are no refunds if you sign up and do not pass your medical. Medical form can be found here. Pay close attention to the questions, not everyone will need a doctors signature so be sure to check if you do or not!
